Hi, I’m Tina.

And if you’re like me, you love the idea of baking with fresh-milled flour, but you don’t always want complicated recipes or long explanations to get started.

I began milling my own flour because I wanted to bake everyday food that tasted better, felt nourishing, and actually fit into family life.

And once I realized how much more flavor and texture you get from fresh-milled grains, there was no going back.

So I created this site to make things simple again!
